Backpacking Vancouver Island, Cascades and Olympics

Epic backpacking trip...this time in Vancouver Island British Columbia, North Cascades and Olympic National Park. Luckily, the sunshine followed us north and made for a fabulous eight day escapade. The highlights of Vancouver Island were the scenic drive to Tofino, 10 black bears, and the best halibut fish 'n chips in Ucluelet. In WA we loved backpacking along Shipwreck Coast in the Olympics and Cutthroat Pass in the Northern Cascades. We really enjoyed all the wildlife and had a great time soaking up all the gorgeous scenery. Our trip went by in a flash.

Man you are a tough chic!!! I went turkey hunting with my husband, dad and little bro and I was about in tears cause the hiking was pretty intense. And being 5 months prego and all didn't help much, but I love seeing all your pics. I would love to be able to go to some of these places!!!
